Newport Christmas Tree Lighting

- Performances of Christmas classics by Newport High School’s Innovation, Newport Middle School’s Minivation and the Newport Elementary School Chorus!
- Readings and greetings by Newport Mayor Tice and Master of Ceremonies Dana Steffy
- Perry County Council of the Arts’ Drop-in Art from 4 pm to 6 pm inside the Newport Senior Center
- Free refreshments! Hot dogs courtesy of the Newport Lions Club, cookies donated by area churches, and hot chocolate courtesy of NRPS
- There will be photo opportunities with Santa and Mrs. Claus after the tree lighting
- Grab your friends and family to pose behind our giant postcard photo frame!
